I would say you could sell them some one sold them to you …. But i would not wear them with the patches on that could get you in trouble … Now all this is just what i would do or think

I've seen allot of Patches for sale on Ebay.
There are collectors .

the only thing I would be cautious of would be wearing them.
I'm not sure where impersonating begins & ends.
maybe you have to state you are an Officer to be Busted :dontknow:
Strippers wear police uniforms on occasion.

as do people at haloween parties

Make sure they're not in use anymore or else they will get pulled. I put obsolete under my listing hopefully it does not get pulled mines a 1966 Florida police uniform. It sold ones but the guy never paid.

Really, you make a joke about cops getting shot and killed while trying to protect the population. Sick dude.
Have You seen some of the targets used at police ranges. What the man said is not sick but you are sure uninformed.

Well?

You know, it makes me sad that people have gotten to the point where it seems to be the cool thing to do, to disrespect police officers. I'll bet my last silver dime that the same people that do this wont hesitate for a second to call them if they NEED them. And yes their are bad police officers, but I know their are bad plumbers ...electricians .....teachers and so on. You don't have to respect the man, but you should respect the uniform. They wake up everyday and go to work knowing it may be their last. Personally I'm glad they're there.

I have several of my old sheriffs dept shirts and my police department shirts. I will only wear my BDU pants because they have so many pockets that it only makes sense for me to wear those. I don't wear my shirts in fear I'll get in trouble because those are mine and I actually used them while on duty but my fear is someone taking aim at me because it says I'm a cop. Sad to say in this day in age you have to fear for your life simply for the shirt on your back

I have family that were police officers, and I was myself years ago. I live in a place where the minimum response time for a call to 911 is at least 30 minutes. I used to have a great respect for cops, but in the past 10 years I have had a few experiences where I have lost alot of respect for the ones I have had dealings with. I am speaking about 2 in particular who promised one thing and then it turned out to be a complete lie in the the end to try to obtain info. I know that is one of the techniques of any law enforcement officer, but it still grates on me.

Ok, so if there are currently used. You can not sell them. If they are vintage he should be fine. Unless they look like the ones that are currently being used. Although I haven’t sold any for probably six years

They pulled a small defunct security hat badge from me recently. This thing is barely 2" tall.

Meanwhile dozens of other real (DEFUNCT) police badges have sold recently. ebay has their picks and chooses. Unfortunately I get nabbed every single time I try to skirt their BLLSHT system.

Shoulder patches aren't a problem from what I've seen, even current ones. I have a bag full to get rid of on the cheap.
