What did I buy? I like it and it's old I just don't know what to call it or how to even look it up. It has the original box but the corner is broken but the pin looks to be okay. Thoughts?

Awesome thanks. I don't know how you guys know everything. I love it!! Now what does the bell have anything to do with the Geneve brand? well I guess it's Swiss that's what it has to do with it!

Geneva Switzerland is in the municipality of Ville de Geneve. So my thinking is its a souvenir of Geneva not a brand name.

fwiw, called a chatelaine, I think. Initially referred to a belt with hanging toiletries, wallet or keys, or eventually, jewels, worn by women; in the 19th century women wore mourning brooches with watches hanging by a chain (tempus fugit!), also called chatelaine.
