So I have the stained glass window on CL for $200. This guy keeps calling because he really wants it but is leaving for Japan tonight. Says he will pay full price when he gets back.
It's been up for 2 days and he is only one who contacted me. Am I missing something? Is this under priced?
It's 36" x 31".
He told me he wants to install it at his house and I told him it is his. If someone really wants something and tells me why I will hold it, but want to make sure I am not giving away a Frank Lold Wright window, which I do not think I am.
On a side note, I listed a walnut, craftsman style fold out desk. This lady emailed me 4 times before I could call her back. Turns out she was moving into a 80 sq ft Cottage and it would fit perfectly. She was really cool....she sent me pictures of Cottage and I am going to check it out next time I am in her neck of the woods. Yes....80 sq feet. Electricty, but no plumbing she was going to use the bathroom and kitchen in the main house.
