I picked this up last weekend estate sale trying to get a good estimate on price what they fluctuate so much on the different varieties wondering if I could get some help to get a little closer on the price range it has US 8-m Ithaca written on it and what blade is on it I see that some have 3M blades this blade is unmarked ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643699.573154.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643710.761630.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643720.750206.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643731.739167.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643741.294212.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1429643751.498811.jpg

I have sold several bayonets and military knives. There are collectors looking and good ones are not overlooked and they will bring fair market value. A lot depends on the condition. If it has been sharpened, that is not good. M8 is the scabbard, not the bayonet. I cannot tell but it shouldn't say M8 on the bayonet itself. M3 would be the WW2 knife. M6 is Vietnam.
