Ralph Lauren Glass Whatzit??

I picked this up yesterday at the end of an estate sale. It's signed Ralph Lauren, stands about 3" tall & has a 4-5/8" base. I've got no idea what it is so any help would be appreciated.

Listed yesterday at $22.50 with free shipping & sold sometime last night. The one listed above sold for between $19-20 so I thought $22.50 would be a good price. I always wonder if I could have got more when something sells within 24 hours.
