Need help with another ID

Forgot I got throw from my estate lady hookup and found it in the car. It is silver plate but bey old and in a cool presentation box. Paid $5 but can't seem to decipher the faded makers marks.

No other markings other than he ones pictures are on the knives.

It's a shot in the dark but maybe someone can see something I don't...

Could it be "JS*SP"? The "P" turned sideways? As in silver plate. Maker JS? Sorry, not much help. A lot of similar MOP handled knives out there but can't find the same ones.
