I bought this at a yardsale. Said it was originally purchased 45 years ago at an antique store. I never come across any silver because I am never an early bird. However even a blind squirrel gets a nut once in awhile. It looks like that it was maybe brazed together on the inside about half way down. Is this repousse? How do they get that copper color on the silver? Does anybody have any ideas of value it looks like the prices are all over the place.
Do I need to test it?

It appears to be exactly that, yes.

The mark suggests that it is 90% pure silver, and that it perhaps from a German Importer (with an origin in Southeast Asia... maybe what used to be Siam)

Thanks, I don't know how you knew all that from those few marks but I really appreciate the information.
