My friend and I usually run into each other at garage sales. This morning he was leaving one driveway as I pulled in. He bought a presentation board with about 30 old english coins from the 1780-1890. Paid $20 for it, wish I had pictures to show everyone. However, he missed a couple at some other nearby garage sales.

3 Drover oilskin coats, $20 each. Worth about $75 each used. Keeping those.

a Lee Reynolds painting, 60x49 inches. Paid $1, yes thats right. Appears to be worth about $1000+, I just sent off an email seeking an appraisal.

An Invicta mens watch, 5774, paid $0.50, yep. I have it listed here. Auction, will let everyone know how it goes, I expect $50 for it.

That's a cool piece of art. From the picture, it looks like a print to me. I could be wrong though. I wonder if there are any numbers behind the mat. Any Invincta for .50 is a good score. Nice job!

If you can, I'd suggest using a bigger, clearer picture on ebay as your main photo. That could make a big difference on how many bids you get.

I'll try to get another picture up, that one is trimmed. As for the painting I can see the overlaping colors and it is textured with paint and foundation. Further it is on canvas. I know that doesn't always mean it isn't a print but it leads me to believe it is real. I sent out an email to a Seattle auction house yesterday. Asked them about the painting and about a bedouin marraige necklace I picked up last year. Neither of these will sell well, or in the case of the painting ship easily, on Ebay. Not enough of a market locally for either piece.
