Can you read Russian (watch)

Here's a watch I picked up today it has Russian writing on the back I found a few on the Internet but I was wondering if that was the model that was on the back if anybody can read it

FYI I can't read cyrillic. I just happened to sell some of these in the past.

Surprisingly I think I only got about $50.00 out of each of them. This one you have is in very nice condition. Maybe $60.00. There's a glut of them on the market and someone at a shoe near me had newly manufactured ones - not sure if the same company is still making or repros.

I took a year and a half of Russian language in college. That, with google translator, which I used, sometimes I can figure these things out. The bottom of the watch face reads phonetically "Komandeerskeeye", so our equivalent would probably be "Commander". The top phonetically says "Sdelyano f/v Russie" which would translate to "Made in Russia". The back, based on the link provided by Mackaydon above shows it means "waterproof."
