Huge Persian Painting on Leather Canvas

So I found this huge painting (framed) which depicts a Persian dancer, probably ink or oil on a gorgeous leather canvas. The pictures don't do it justice and it is probably 40 inches by 30 inches. I can't figure out what it is worth or who painted it. All I found were 3 similar paintings which were selling for about $60 by average lay people.


I would appreciate any input you could give. Even if it is not worth anything I only paid $3 and I bet my mom would like it.

Nice - could it be a tattooist's practice canvas? Kind of looks like a classic tattoo style and leather makes sense as a practice medium.
