Woke up this morning and checked the yard sale app. Local estate sale starting at 11 o'clock. Jump in the car and go. And I spent $370 on jewelry. The lady's house with huge. All kinds of antiques and stuff. I bought the rest of what she had. Everything behind the paper plate is nice costume jewelry that's unsigned. We're going to have a yard sale in February so I'll probably sell a lot of them but I'm going to doublecheck through I went through it all pretty quick.

There was only about a half gram of gold. So it's all costume jewelry and alot of Sterling.

The green bucket is completely full of signed and silver. And then the rest of it on the tables all signed or silver or both. There are two pieces alone that I'll double my money on. Enjoy!

I also picked out of the trash before I left to sterling silver picture frames. Both were damaged but they were 6 ounces in weight. And I bought three books. The guy was a world war two pilot and a pilot his whole life so he had a lot of reading material. I don't know very much about it though so I picked out three that look interesting. He had thousands of books.

Here are some of the notables.

Signed lizard brooch. Carnelian and crystal beaded necklace handknotted. Bracelet that is signed Lawrence vrba. If it was not missing a stone they can go for up to $500! Nolan Miller. Parrot. There are probably 15 Joan river pains bracelets necklaces watches they look like they do pretty well. There are a lot of bracelets That go between 15 and $60 each at least 30 to 40 of those. 12 Alex and ani bracelets. Three Dane craft sterling bracelets. A 5 foot long liquid silver gemstone necklace. Sterling bracelets. Even the stuff that is not signed will do pretty well I think if nothing else at least in our yard sale in a couple months.

And just another note when you're out looking for silver check picture frames. I have found six picture frames in the last three weeks that were sterling. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1450671089.940534.jpg

Is the lizard signed? I saw the most ugly lizard necklace at a high end consignment shop. Priced at over $500 and it sold within a week.

Great finds. Which two pieces do you think you can double your money on? Don't be scared to sell broken or missing pieces of jewelry. I sold several pieces that were missing rhinestones, or just plain broken (acorn falling off). As long as you are honest in your description, and make sure to put it up on the top description as well. Take a good picture, and you should be OK. You won't get full value, but you will get something rather than tossing it in a junk pile.

more pictures of silver please!
