I pick these up this week just wanted to see what y'all would pay for them and what would you be asking for your sale price just out of curiosity and a little help on the brooch pendant flower on the Hallmarks if anybody knows gold makers Mark

#1 is a J.Torres sterling kettle teapot (if anyone knows about the year)

Yes it completely works and is that what you would have paid for it or is that what you would sell it for

Teapot - Weight ? 10 dollars per ounce. 12 max. no matter the maker.
Watch 12k ? 14 k ? 18 k ? 22 k ? ? ? starting at 12... 5-7 hundred... depending on thickness and weight though... hefty / thicker=more... light = less... working or not.
Pin- $20 max... and more like 10... and would really try to get it "thrown in on the deal".
This is based on a quick glance at a yard sale.
No "looking it up" etc. AND not seeing a "familiar" name.

I look at all purchases as a "risk" for resale like these...
And standing at a yard sale looking at these items on a quick sale.... these are realistic estimates.
And quick buys with no prior knowledge ... Is looked at as scrap to me... Even be it in the form of an old watch... IN assessing value.
I don't care what the owner / seller says about the items either... most of the time the # in their head is some idiotic E-bay $...
Which to me is "what #" ? ? ?...
Sold average ?
What a jeweler told them (lol yeah right)
Who knows.
with that said... I would pay a premium for names of known premium / high end makers.

All else Scrap.

Any higher than that... I will leave em for you to buy and sell :P

With all this said... I will give you 600 for everything :P

OH... and don't forget that STEEL ring in that watch that gives the structural "heft". heh

The Vacheron would have me spending up to $1500.00(all I could afford). The teapot would be about $200-$400. The pin would be $100.00

Great finds. Makes me want to get out there myself. Haven't been since I met you in N. Miami that time, too busy.
