I notice the the painting was nailed to the stretcher instead of stapled and the back of the canvas is yellowed as is the wood and ideas on the artist? Or any information at all lol

It is not trash. I would call it decorative.

I like the deep colors. It appears to depict a Philippine fisherman with traditional Nipa huts and Manila bay in the background. Artist is more than likely an unknown. Looks like Rusty, Ruty oir Riety to me? Anybody see anything different?

I think probably Resty. It isn't a very uncommon pinoy nickname. I lived in the Phillipines as a child and agree with diggumup. I wouldn't swear that was Manila Bay, but definitely filipino.
