The title of the print of Picasso's work is called "The Lovers". It probably just a decorative piece. Picasso would sign his works in reverse (mirror writing). I was able to get an authentic engraving of his at a garage sale many years ago.
But even with a reverse signature you have to make sure the physical size of the work matches with known authentic examples. I learned the hard way at Christies when the signature and medium were correct but not the size of the linoleum cut that I bought at a second hand store. . Yes, size matters.
The painting I think the signature is R.W. Hanson. I could not find any listed artist by that name.
