For a long time, my work schedule was 4 10 hour days which allowed me to pick on fridays and Saturday's. with work being super busy, I've come back to a 5 day week and lost fridays as a hunting day.

Today I was able to get out a bit early to a sale that had a umber of great items that I hoped would still be there. To my dismay, all were gone but I was able to find a single badger brush in the bathroom to put in my collection. As I took my sad consolation prize to the checkout, I happened to notice a clear container on the jewelry stand that had a razor inside. As a quick, 2 second glance, I asked how much, paid and drove back home.

Pictures below is what the Schlick container had inside. A 1958 Gillette Toggle bottom in gold plate. I think it's the second most desirable razor

Hi; My father worked for Gilettes for 35 years. I used to have ALL the Razors and Prototypes that never made it to Market. Great find. Value $2.7K. If you had the Original box complete it would be worth $3.2K. Congrats. Enjoy. PEACE:RONB
