Also got these today. I can't find an example of them. Only thing I can think is they are for George W Bush 2004 (Some of his campaign stuff said "W'04".

They test as silver but are unmarked.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also got this 117 year old McKinley pin for $1. I thought it was a repro but seems celluloid came out in late 1800s. Not worth a ton, but cool and in great shape.

I'd wager they are indeed "Dubya" cufflinks. Like the button too!

I have done well with novelty cufflinks. Since you can't find anything like them, pricing is hard and you may have to just set a price you WANT to get out of them and see what happens. I would also search for any other campaign cufflinks, solds, etc... Since we just had a general election, you may have good luck there.

My first try would be $299 BIN with offer.
