Anyone know how to date Fiestaware?

Bought this earlier for $2 and I am trying to date it but it is very confusing! Hopefully someone here can help out because I am stumped. I also don't even know what it is exactly? A desert bowl? I think it's 1960s or 50s?

ehh nvm it's not vintage it's like the late 90s. Sea Mist Green color... Would you all agree on that? Dang!

Thanks! I have a complete set of the pink with all of the accessories. I knew it wasn't old, but now I know that it is post 86 because of the Genuine on the top of its stamp mark.
