What kind of stone is this?

I found a couple pairs of gold earrings in my latest jewelry bag from the thrift store

Unsure of the stone in these earrings

Almost like chrome looking. Non magnetic
The earring is 14k

I was thinking that too but you said non-magnetic. In the jewelry I am selling there is a Hematite cross. Heavy and magnetic.
