I think I got an original Giovanni Battista Piranesi print

Got this at an auction today.

Everything I can see from it it seems to be an original Giovanni Battista Piranesi print. It is the right size, right paper, and right everything from what I can see. I'm going to get it checked out by some people I know.

Do you see the plate impression marks on the border. It's the easiest way to find out if it's real. The etching part should be pushed down or sunken into the paper leaving the edges raised with a small bevel.

Yes the plate impression is there. That's one of the key things that makes me think it is real.
