Things have been really slow in my area. My favorite estate sale company has decided it's time to retire. Their sales have made up 20-35% of what I buy every year. Now I'm stuck with the ones that are either overpriced and/or they throw away the stuff they consider junk. I went to 2 sales this weekend. The first one had common date Morgan dollars in circulated condition priced between $200 & $400. I managed to buy a few gold filled glasses and 7 factory original sunglass cases I'll make a few bucks on. The other was filled with "collectibles" priced at retail plus 10%. Fortunately that sale wasn't a complete waste of time as I was able to pick up a White's 6000 Pro metal detector.
