I’ve had this tambourine for a while never really thought of selling it because of its conditions you think it has any value if so what would you sell it for

I think it is pretty cool. The banner reads (in Latin) "Infamous Mount Etna" (Italy), hence the volcano. Maybe it was a tourist piece (signed by the members of the group). Are there any ranks with the signatures? This is the type of item where the story sells it (where and when it was from and who may have signed it).
