I think I saw a show on history channel about Alcatraz and they told of that incident. It was decided to let the radical cons have it in a big way. I guess it did restore order once again. Last winter me and my sister moved our 95 year old mother into assisted living. She had tons of ephemera and papers and cancelled checks that went back to the 70s that we went through and sorted out and through much of it away. I found this newspaper in one of the many suitcases she had packed full of stuff. I didn't throw this away though.
