Large brass horse & chariot sword wall design?

Bought this today. I’m not sure what to call it or to research it. So I guess I’m asking what you would call it. Horse and chariot design. Solid brass. Sword handle designs. 2 1/2 feet wide x 3 1/2ft tall. Probably 20lbs +. So awesome I had to have it!

Very cool. I think it’s from the late 1800s or early 1900s as a throwback to the 1500s. Decorative obviously but really cool. I would have bought it too lol. Maybe search coat of arms or heraldic crest. It looks exactly like the things you see on castle walls in video games. I’m sure a bar/pub would give you a great price for it.

To narrow down your search a little plaques like that were real popular in the late 60s - early 70s. I can remember walking down a hall in one of those bar in the front dining room in the back Mexican restaurants with one every couple feet in an alcove. Did you ask the seller where it came from?

They thought from Scotland. Where family is from. But that was it.

Seems like a quality casting and hardware looks older. Would guess 1920s or so. I don’t think later stuff would be so heavy or detailed. A lot of the 60s-70s stuff lacks fine detail and usually cuts corners in the weight department.

I ended up trading it for a handful of Morgan silver dollars. Five to be exact. I’m happy with that.
