These are not Gold diamonds or silver but good deals. 8$ for the hand digger and 3 for the sheep shears. The middle piece found in a yard. I am thinking it is a razor dispenser.

Its a hori hori Japanese style garden/weeding knife. I use mine for gardening and when metal detecting.

I might be wrong but I do believe a one off means OOAK one of a kind, only done once, not to be repeated. A knock off is a replica.
