    Anything special here?

Got these in a lot the other day. I'm kind of curious about the silver thing. Anyone see anything that sticks out that shouldn't just be tossed in a lot on eBay?

The three little eagle pins are called ruptured duck pins, issued to WWII US troops leaving at the end of the war.

The BIC lighter holder is open on both ends, is that right, or should it be closed on one end?

It could just have a flange that keeps the lighter from going all the way through. It looks like a cheapo one not made of sterling.
