I bought an Ace 250 from a forum member and it's snowing sideways! I actually wanted a Tesoro Cibola for myself and my girlfriend wanted an Ace 250 because of the display, so I really bought the Ace for her but I'm sure I'll be using it a bunch as well. Also today... I was seaching Craigslist and found a mint condition Tesoro Silver Umax, so I bought it. I went from using a borrowed Bounty Hunter 101 (toy like but functional) to 2 great detectors in one day!

Mine is on the UPS Truck about 25 miles from my house. Geez, I hope it is here when I get home. Good Luck! I have heard that it is really a super-duper machine!

Good Luck Ragic!
Hope this is not off topic, but since we have many fellow Ace 250 owners here...
Would everyone agree that a signal that bounces around a lot is almost ALWAYS trash?
I feel I am just now really getting to know the machine.
Am I coming to a false conclusion here? I have yet to dig a bouncy signal that turned out to be anything more than trash.

Living in Western NY sucks in the winter when all of your hobbies are warmer weather related. I can't wait to start swinging.

just because it bounces around doesn't always mean it's junk. it could be a clad on edge

Pretty much true, BUT not always...Had mine do that the other day, and it was a quarter......
