Garrett detector on Bones TV show........

I was watching one of the Bones new season TV shows the one were a BMX bike rider gets killed........And they were useing a Garrett GTI 1500 or GTI 2500 to look for evidence in the TV show......

Did the detector sound like a Geiger Counter ?

or a submarine pinging ?

Darn, I missed that show. The public thinks the detectors are supposed to sound like geiger counters.

I Bet that's why some people return their Detectors
when Bought Mail order, Or come on forums
complaining their detector has a steady Humm

It made no sounds they were just shown swinging it...... Must not have went over anything.....OR could be they did not have it turned on.........

I saw that show also while on the road, I do not think they even had the Detector turned on!
So far that is the only show that I have seen one on. There may have been others but I just did not
see them though.
