Which model can detect some small or tiny gold nuggets?
Im still trying to decide which metal detector I should buy to detect small gold nuggets. I know I was told most metal detectors cannot detect the smallest nuggets, but still want to know which model CAN detect any size if possible.
Re: Which model can detect some small or tiny gold nuggets?
No detector can get the extra fine grain. Most manufacturers make "Gold" machines, Garrett is introducing the AT-Gold in October. Garrett also has the Infinium L/S, pulse induction. Both of these should get some fairly small nuggets with experence. The top of the line Gold detector is the Minelab GPX-5000, if you have the money to go that route, it should get you the smallest nuggets of any detector, but for $5000, it should...
