Long story short, the AT-Pro will not work in salt water.

You mean the AT Gold will not work in salt water, but the at pro will right?
Thanks Terry

Yes, you are correct.
What I meant to say is the AT-Gold will not work in salt water, or wet sand from salt water beaches.
The AT-Pro will.
Sorry bout that. I was typing quick on my phone while doing something else.
So much for my multi-tasking skills ;)

Yes they both will. If your mainly prospecting and looking for nuggets, then AT Gold. If you are geared towards more coins, relics, salt water beaches and what not then go for the AT Pro.
Obviously both detectors are designed to find gold. There isn't THAT much of a difference, only 3khz, so if you will do a lot of other stuff besides prospecting then use the AT Pro.
Buy the Adventure Pack from Bart at Bigboyshobbies.NET. You won't be sorry, that is, unless you go to Kellyco.
