Pinpointing in iron 0/40 scale

I have a ATPro and want to know if is possible to pinpoint in iron scale? I am in Brazil and the coins come up in the iron band. When I try to pinpoint to locate no luck is there a way to do this? My ACE250 does a good job. The MDs are used mostly for sand and the Pro for wet shore sand. Thanks

Pinpoint on the ATPro is all metal. You will pick up anything under the coil that is conductive from silver to iron.

AT pro will pinpoint any iron target...a deep target might not be heard in pinpoint.

My pinpointing is still erratic so I called Garrett and will ship them my control unit and coil for them to test. Will be back in the USA next week. Thanks for the replies.
