Boxing up at pro...need help asap

Does anyone know...when garrett tells you to send the head unit and coil, are they asking you to unscrew the main unit from the part with the cuff or to send that whole upper piece in. I don't want to unscrew those the head unit from the pole if that's not what they're telling me to do because it came in the box already attached. thanks

Yep, you can't ever give corporations the shaft-

It's the other way around...

Just unscrew and when ya get it back screw it back together just don't over do it.
