When I see a 47 signal on the machine it usually is tin foil, gum wrapper, etc. so I skip them most of the time in junky park areas. Today at lunch, a got a loud and solid 47 that was shallow so I dug it, and it was a big ring. It was white/silver so I was thinking"WHITE GOLD". Had marking of 316L which I didn't know what that meant but when I got back to work looked it up and it means Stainless Steel.

You never know. My wedding ring (18kgold and Plat) comes in at a 63 signal.

Happy Hunting.

Always good to find a ring but even better to find one with crucifix.
