Pro pointer at malfunction HELP!!

My pro pointer at whenever I turn on keeps "pulsing" which is driving me nuts. Never ran into any problems with it until now. Any ideas would help. Thanks in advance. GL & HH

Make sure there is no dirt on it and change the battery . If it keeps up call garrett customer service . You have to pay to send it in and if under warranty they will tune / fix it and send it back in ten days .

Alright so I changed the battery and everything is all set. Now I know what to look for next time. Thanks again.

I have the previous generation, the Garrett Pro Pointer (the black one). Anytime it starts falsing or just acting weird in general, I power it off/on. If that doesn't work, then using a fresh battery will do the trick.
