I am looking for the plastic cover that covers the dial.
I contacted Garrett head office they could not help me. Hoping someone out there can.

I think u are referring to the the plastic window of the meter
1 Search net for a same meter size
2 get some thin perspex cut out a window for the meter.
Then use perspex solvent to weld strips around the edges to make the meter cover of the face
Attach it using a bead of SELASTIC to glue in place
