I got to use my Garrett Sea Hunter Mark 2 in the water for the first time yesterday evening at a swimming area on a fresh water lake yesterday afternoon.
The swimming area was pretty crowded but I was able to do some hunting.
I found some coins, two ear rings, one ring (costume jewelry), and a lot of bobby pins.
I will definitely have a magnet in my scoop next time. I had a tough time with the bobby pins passing through my scoop.
I really enjoyed hunting in the water. It was cool and relaxing.
I can't wait till I get to go again.
Robert

Fantastic good find to junk ratio! And a ring on your first hunt. Those bobby pins should usually give a double bleep, so you can leave them behind. But take your time and have fun. :icon_jokercolor: You got lots of time to learn those tones. ;D
