If all you are interested in is photographing the raised lettering on the bottom, have a friend
hold the bottle over a flashlight in a dimly lit room while you and your camera move around
the bottle until you see as much lettering detail you need.

Why not take a pic of the bottle and then just post what the writing says? :icon_scratch: Seriously though take the pic from a slight angle with no flash, try it outside to get natural light.

Try this. If you have a flatbed scanner open the lid set the bottle on it & scan as you would a document. Works great for a lot of stuff & you don't have to worry about exposure of back / side lighting etc. :thumbsup:
