How can I find a "good" dowser in wv

I am new to this forum so I hope this question is okay.
I know there is a topic on the pros and cons of dowsing but I would like to ask a general question.
Anyone personal know of a good dowser in WV. We are buying a property that needs a new well drilled and as it is on top of a mountain in Clay Co.WV, I would like to find a dowser that has a proven record of success. Any replies to this are appreciated.
I had heard of an elderly gentleman by the name of Bumgartner that was excellent, but do not know if he is still around or any way to contact him. Anyone ever heard of him? Any other good dowsers one might know of, please reply.

Ask a bunch of old people, or, call the well drillers and ask them.

Might be worth a try doing it yourself to see if you get results.

Talk to your neighbors that have good water and find out who drilled their well . Good water shouldn't be that difficult to find in Clay county .
Avoid the "Sink 'em and Soak 'em" drilling outfits that will send their kids to college on the proceeds from your water well .

Get a map of your state, and spread it out flat on your kitchen table.

You will need 30 marbles: 10 red ones, 10 black ones, and 10 clear ones.

Roll the marbles all onto the map at the same time, and in the same direction. At this point you may start watching for supernatural phenomena.

This trick was taught to me by an ancient race of woods dwellers.

You're tilting your head too much to the side. Those things do roll out sometimes.
