As for winning or finding prize tokens, pretty much luck. Most hunts grid their fields, if 4 detectors to be given away=then gridded into 4 sections with total coins divided into 4 and buried each grid and 1 detector token into each sect. As for speed, belt mount your detector if possible. Keep the swing weight down as much as possible. Coins buried are shallow, so only need 1 good lightweight sharp digger-watch for slits in soil if there's little grass. You only need 3 things---detector w/headphones, digging tool, and pouch. Keep it light. Aleve or Tylenol about 30 min. before hunt.
