Perhaps he is taking time off to author a collection of his treasure hunting escapades.

I was pretty sure he was from over in Denver, too. I don't like to go there, cause it's all one big place with people in a hurry to get someplace and do something that probably really doesn't matter in the long run, but he seemed to function well in that environment. Or maybe not, as the case may be.

I remember seeing a picture he posted, and that looked about right, he also posted one of him as a young man that looked like it was taken in the 1930s..

Smart, articulate, funny, private - but not 78, and not pictures of him.

I also miss his posts and wish him well. I've dropped a few PMs to him over the last months and only heard crickets.
