Christmas Gift Excelertor Search Coil for Ace 250

Wife got me the Excelertor search coil for my Christmas gift. for my Ace 250.. Anyone out here use them ? Do they really work for deeper metal detecting.. Can not wait to use it, but being in Wisconsin that will have to be put on hold until the weather get better Like March or April.. Any Info. would be appreciated as All I can do is look at it and dream LOL.. Shane

I have one on my Ace , 10 x14 . Great coil , deep ,and I dont leave home with out it. There are a bunch of threads on it in. Metal detecting / Brands / Garrett http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/board,209.0.html

I got one about the middle of last summer. It is great, can cover a lot more ground in a given time, and goes deeper, too. May never take it off.
