The tiles are falling off the wall and the sheet rock behind it is crumbling or is wet and Some mold!!!

Looks like a job for Super-chug The Handyman!!!! The only Problem is That It is going to Cut into my detecting time!!!!

You will need to install a concrete backer boad if you re-tile. You may come out cheaper by demo_ing the rock and installing a two or three piece shower/tub insert. That was the problem in the old days they thought they could tile to sheet rock and that is only a paper surface...
