Thanks diggummup I have there number and will call them first thing in the morning and start from there.
I'll post back when I or if I get any data on who that is or where they can be contacted .

I did a Walter Henderson search and came up with over 100 Walter....Matt

Ok , Camp http://www.campcarysbrook.com/ is Mikes Camp or His Wife runs it . So that one is out.
I will call in the morning to try to find some place in the area that will help with the data.

The camp is nearly 100 years old. It's a private all girls summer camp. We have already checked those records.. nothing

The style of the ID bracelet looks like 1940-50's to me, which would make him a senior citizen if still alive.

Presuming he is no longer alive and was still residing in Va. when he passed here is a list of all the "Walter Henderson's" on record from the Social Security death index that died in Va.-

I was thinking, if you did your research and included the initials on the back of the bracelet. You may be able to narrow your search down. Initials may be the wife's, or another family member.
