OK this might start a war, but that is not my intention here. I'm wanting a new Relic Machine... I have semi made my mind up on the Minelab E-Trac... But alot say the Fisher F-75, I never here anything about the Whites V3i,VX3 for relics... Lets stay under the 1,800.00 price range I know the GPX series is awesome but who can afford that... at least not me!!! :sign13:

when I saw your title I was going to come in here
and say I Hear the GPX is pulling out some nice Relics.

I suppose your definition of "Relics"
May make a difference also.

Iron, colonial coins, or both of these & More

I would guess any of the machines you mentioned
will work well for Good deep finds,
and some nice surprises in the relic catagory,
if you learn it, but don't put stock
in what your meter or tone is telling you
and just dig all targets, whether you hear a
beep or null in your headphones.

and although I Don't have one :(
I Hunt along side 2 Minelab E-Tracs,
and you can't go wrong buying one,
If you can get past the first day's Learning curve
without jumping to conclusions that you've
made a mistake. :D
I'v been hunting with an Explorer SE Pro.
all year.
& My first day swinging was in a Trashy area.
If I was prone to Crying, I would have
burst into tears, :'( if I was prone
to Violence, I would
have Smashed it, and left it
in the dumpster in the park :angry5:it confused me that much.

I Have also hunted beside the others you mentioned
& seen some nice finds pulled. all good machines

Aside from using a PI, the Tejon with its All Metal mode and the Sov GT with Iron Mask turned off are very good at relics and about everything else. I haven't used the F series of Fishers to comment on them. I know the Meteorite Men used them.

Wow! All these choices... I think now I will get the AT PRO as an overall machine, and a Tesero as a straight out relic machine...
