I will try all of these ideas fellas and thanks a bunch, if it pans I'll post a pic or two. This is where I'm at with this. I have found a man in that town and era (1890s) with the last name I needed. The first name is different. From the story I read he did have family out there. So I know that much. I have searched some free cemetery records of the area with no luck. No listing in the old coroners inquest book either, he supposedly died from a kind of food poisoning,(toe-mane) I know its not spelled correctly and won't even try. So I need to get to the archives and do some real digging through the books. $7000 in gold and silver in that day now is worth a nice retirement!!! Thanks guys I'll keep you up to speed when and if I get lucky. NVRADAR
