any way to make a cleaned coin look uncleaned?

hey im just wondering if anyone knows any tricks to make copper cleaned coins look uncleaned? there are some real nice cleaned coins out there that are not getting the price for the grade they are. and if i could make a cleaned coin look good then i will be buying some nice coins!
i know from experience that olive oil will darken the patina on a roman bronze so i was wondering could it put patina back on a copper?
i would love to hear your ideas thanks
if so then we can clean some of those coins that need it then put patina back!

Thats the price you pay for cleaning them. Maybe wait about 50 years and they should have a nice patina again.

My guess electrolysis overdone will turn them dark,
But the Patina won't be Green.

Bury them in your yard for a Couple years,
may tone them again.

I Made the Mistake of Cleaning a
Large Cent in my early years & The date Disappeard.
It game back on it's own after Sitting for 10
or so years.

I would think Experts would be able to tell no matter what.
But then Experts will accuse you of cleaning everything
even if you didn't, If they are Looking to buy.

I have been cleaning old pennies I have saved. Some are so ugly and spotted I decided to try a technique that cleans without
caustic chemicals. But that "patina" everyone crows about can never be restored. But I'm not cleaning them to sell at this time.
You just have to use something or somethings that will not score the metal. It is time consuming but satisfying to take an unsightly
coin and restore it to mint condition to put in your collection.
