    Anyone have or ever seen any of these hobo nickels?

    I never knew about this practice during the depression. Anyone have one of these? They're cool looking. I might make one myself.

    just search ebay for hobo nickles, hand carved nickles etc...
    you will find many pages of modern and old carved hobo nickles
