    Possibly a good site?

I live close by to these remains and was wondering if it could possibly be good to search here? There's a church a few 100 yards away that dates back to 8th or 9th century. Wouldn't hurt to try here right?
There is a lot more ground then this it extends right round the back.

Well I went there today without my detector as I was just checking the place out and making sure it had no private property signs etc which it never. I'll be heading there tomorrow so I'll take a few pics if i find anything and post them to show.
