Venus. or weather balloon.

Sorry just being sarcastic & acting like the Air Force.

Being round I'm going to agree with GUNS it appears to be a balloon
a little tuff with the light Behind it though

The fact that it took 45 minutes to hardly move I'd say its something on the camera lens. Ladybug?

(That's some rush hour traffic Cincinnati has. )

Well you have to take all the facts into consideration and assume others. I assume the camera is facing South. Note that the sky is light in a large circle around it. Note the large thick cloud mass. Note the slow movement and time of day. I assume the camera has a sensor to blank out excessive light to protect it's sensor. I assume it is the sun.
The light circle around it nocks out the bug theory. The slow movement knocks out the balloon theory. Just my guess, Frank

my first thought was sun spot from sun burning through pin hole in cloud and
hitting lense

but it definitely appears to be moving away from the camera
if the camera is stationary you can see this by looking above & below

at 800% cant rule out bug crawling down lense

although would it look smaller as it crawled down towards the center of the lense ?

I agree the Sun, it seems to be droping in height to. Would be easy to figure out, if you knew what time the sun sets in that state.

at least 45 minutes in view. (or the time has been altered)
IF Not on the camera must be a balloon tethered to something out there.
no way could something be over the city in view of the camera for 45 minutes & stay unknown

The economy is booming! Three cars on the road at rush hour in Cincinnati - something is definitely wrong with these pictures... I got it... it was pac man eating up the traffic...

I was going to say tethered balloon but I like Frankn's explanation... auto sensor of camera. Todays automation does not always act the way we expect it to.

I just knew you guys would have fun with this :laughing7: My friend emailed the TV station that owns this camera, and asked about these photos.... What's strange is they won't email him back! All he asked them was what would cause something like this to show up in these pics from this camera!
