What's the best pinpointer?

Hi everyone, I am going to get into metal detecting and I don't even have a metal detector or pinpointer yet. I don't want to be discouraged by starting out with junk equipment and I want a good pinpointer. So my question is: If you had up to $200 to spend on a pinpointer which one would you buy. Thanks in advance!

Now when I see this question I think of the word "shill". The way stated you ask for the best and not the most popular. I feel the best is the Minelab but the most popular is the Garrett.

Agree, the garrett pin pointer is easy to use and responds great in tight places.

There is no choice but the inline pin pointer from SunRay
Since I put that on my machine I never use the hand held anymore
Theres nothing like it it really speeds up the recovery

Thanks everyone for your input. I ordered a Garrett Pro-Pointer from Kellyco. It was good timing because they had a special, Pro-Pointer with some extra stuff for $129. Now I need to get a metal detector then I'll be ready to go digging
