New AT Gold

Just finished my first day with my new AT Gold I went to local parks to figure this puppy out almost everything I dug up had a different number I would dig a can at 2 inches that ring up 70 then a penny at72 then a dime at 65 ? Any idea how that happens

I too have an ATGold and I have had the same performance. not sure why, but it probably means that I do not know how to use the machine yet for best performance.
